JJ Jamali is an entrepreneur and an active real estate investor who graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2010 with a degree in Economics and Biochemistry. He then began his professional career in the tech industry, co-founding several successful software companies. Currently, he is a doctoral/PhD candidate in the process of earning his Doctoral of Business Administration.
One of his first ventures was a real estate marketing solution company in 2012, which provided personalized automated websites and other marketing tools such as floor plans and virtual tours to real estate agents. The company also worked with local developers to create marketing software for their presentation centers.
In 2014, JJ co-founded a successful company named SproutMind, an online booking platform partnered with MindBody Online that offered mobile apps to small and medium-sized businesses around the world. SproutMind was later acquired by Healcode, which was subsequently acquired by MindBody Online.
After selling SproutMind, JJ turned his attention to real estate, investing in the construction of custom spec homes in West Vancouver. At the same time, he started an accommodation business offering accommodations to visitors in Vancouver. In 2018, he completed a program in Artificial Intelligence and its Implications for Business Strategy at MIT, and in 2019 he completed the PMP program at BCIT.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, JJ co-founded another tech company called Archii, which provided contactless solutions for restaurants to browse menus, place orders, and pay bills. The solution was live and functional by June 2020. However, after a few months, JJ decided to exit Archii to pursue his long-standing passion for real estate by becoming a full-time real estate agent in 2020. Since then, he has been helping clients purchase both residential and commercial real estate.
